Here you go...Sadly i made a big mistake when i started because it was created at 640x412 resolution. So its lost a bit of quality Roll Eyes

Although, (I´ve never done this) I personaly think it looks like its a composite of photos.

I usually start mine at 1500 pixels wide, though I may go above that some time if I feel like it.

That's not by me, obviously, but that's actually been shrunk to half size, so you can imagine the scale in which professionals (I assume he does it professionally) draw them!
