Yes, but a free acount will do. However the Fileplanet Beta will require a subscription account to Fileplanet.

I'll bet my money the Fileplanet beta will be leaked though, and seriously, who would feel bad about downloading a beta which is free to Fileplanet subscribers, I wouldn't, that's for sure.
