Maybe you need to reintsall over your already install CFS2. Here is a post by Hagar that might help you out.

When you do reinstall do not chose CFS 1 Key board. Chose the CFS2 instead. This way you will be able to communicate with your wingmen and other other features that CFS1  does not have available. Other wise follow Hagar instructions to a tee and you will be find.

   thanks for your reply sure do appreciate it.  i have reinstalled cfs2 two or three times a daysince i started having blurred labels , have uninstalled , run driver cleaner and put in new disply drivers, updated chipset, shoot can not remember what all i done anyway its the same.
i was wondering if my monitor could cause it , had this viewsonic for going on six years and have never put drivers in it.
