OK at last a new one

Airliners
  • Project Tupolev: Their soon-to-be-released Tu-154M is reportedly being tested by experts from Tupolev OKB.
  • Samdim Tu-124: Painting in progress, when that is done it will be released.
  • Tu-104 project (tu104.avsim.ru): Revised FS2004 FDE available here.

    GA stuff
  • New An-2: New model still under development
  • Old An-2 (Fsussr one): re-released with a new panel and FDE. Pity they removed the VC again but that was buggy to start with
  • Yak-18T: Revised FDE at avsim.com... will tell more after I test-flyed it.
  • Yak-12: Consider the latest avsim.ru version as final. Won't get a pilot figure as the author is busy on another project.
  • Yak-52: Development screenshots here. Picture in the last post is a Yak-15 jet fighter, no idea about the progress of that one
  • Su-26: development screenshots here
  • Li-2: slight update for the panel...

    Misc
  • Aero L-39: screenshots here. Status: VC building in progress

    Helicopters
  • Mi-8: Screenshots here. Will get a full-systems sim... Pax, military and assault model in development.
  • Mi-6, Mi-10: Status unknown...
  • Kamov Ka-25: looks nearly finished, screenshots here
  • Kamov Ka-27: screenshots here. Will be payware
  • The other Kamov helicopter shown in previous posts died in a harddisk crash...
  •

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

All of them nice, all of them unusable unless you know Russian or the plane we're speaking about is a GA one, like the an2 (simpler to fly if compared to a liner).

I said it already, I repeat it now. Damn shame. Sad

Ivan can you give a link to a Lisunov LI-2 (The Russian DC3)? I searched AvSim.ru but don't understand anything of it. Can't find it anywhere. Many thanks.

Panel is metric only and nav stuff only visible in VC mode. Havent tested the FDE

Whenever I visit Avsim.ru I go there by entering the url here (http://babelfish.altavista.com/) - some of the translations are a little odd, but it's worth it to get hold of some of the real gems that the Russian guys are making.  Some of their scenery packages are absolutely mindblowing!!  Shocked

Lots of potential with the Yak 15 - my favourite of the early Soviet jets...
