Special Effects seem to be a whole field of their own. I would like to add sounds to some afterburners. I like the effect and system Mig29ful uses, but as yet have been unable to dplicate it. I'm a jet fan and I want to hear thunder when I flip that switch!!

How would I go about such a task? Or, where should I go to find out?

I know something about:&&Air Files&&CFG Files&&Tweaking aircraft to sit up straight and fly right!

Doug Dawson created an XML sound gauge some years ago that works off the ADF2 radio Fq in FS9 . Rob Barendregt applied the gauge to early versons of add-ons and I think both worked with it in the carrier ops package.

Locate one of those developers and ask them. You should be able to add any sound you want (as long as it is recorded in the correct format) to any trigger.
