What would you guys say are the most essential European International airports?  I'm leaning towards Heathrow, but is there a good version out?  Any other major airports?

Yep, Gary Summons UK2000 Heathrow and now Gatwick Pro are amazing! For mainland Europe, the France 2 collection by Aerosoft is very good, it covers CDG, Toulouse and Biarritz. Vienna Schwechat by FlyTampa! is also a very good piece of scenery. For more sceneries, check out the Aerosoft site, as they have a lot!! of scenery addons for Europe.
