Im lovin the C-130, its such a great plane!  I did quite possibly the scariest, most incredible approach this evening.  Starting out at least 5000 feet above the runway, full flaps, gear down, put her into a dive (banked down at least 75 degrees), reversers on, landing on the numbers dead center in less than 500 feet!

Ahhhh, the Casan Grin

here it is doing the real thing at Biggin Hill, rarely used in conflict areas any more now though, shame about the quality, best I got of that approach, got a video at Kemble though.

...

I've got both, the CS 130 is great, as is the 727, especially the voice package Wink Wink

1 thing I dont like about the 727 is that Ctrl-E opens the pilots window, so to open the doors you have to use +2 etc. which sometimes dont work on my PC.

Over all some good purchases though, have fun!

I have never liked the C130, that is until I saw one in action for the first time and since then I love it almost as much as a DC3, a absolutly amazing aircraft!!! and understandable why it has been in service for as long as it has, will take some amazing additions to replace its functionality.

Been thinking of getting the CS 130, but am still awaiting a price drop, at least a small one Grin

I've heard the CS C-130 is a pain on frame-rates, how is she on your rig?

I really am tempted to make a rare payware purchase for that CS C130, but I doubt my PC could really handle it.

Outside and in the panel its fine, 30ish FPS, but in the VC I drop down to a smooth 15-20.  I kinda wich they included a model with cockpit only, not the full cabin.  I am also disappointed in the way the sell the J, the KC-130, the AC-130, and Fat Albert seperately.  I think those should be free to people who paid.  I paid 30 dollars for the package which incluced 50+repaints, aerial refueling, and scenery, and I am very annoyed that I would have to pay another 30 or so to get Fat Albert with EFFECTS ONLY even tho I already have him (paint was included).
