Nope it ain't working here either Paul. I think Pete has blocked it just temporarily though. I imagine it to be one of the biggest eaters of bandwidth.  Roll Eyes

...it's a bit of an arse... Cry...!

I rely heavily on those Mesh Files during the various Multiplayer Hops around the World.

Because of Dial-up limitations, I have to download selected files to cover the immediate area before each flight... Embarrassed...!

It is my best source of Scenery Mesh Files...!

Let's hope it gets fixed very soon...!

Cheers all...!

Paul....It's all a bit of a mesh... Cry...!

Hi Paul, Sorry about this. The server went down. They were on their own server & it had a complete wipeout. This means finding a new server & then uploading them all again- the 1st time too several weeks .....

There is nothing I can do other than what I have said above ...

Thanks for the message, Pete...Wink...!

I've done an extensive search on the 'Net for an alternative supplier of the SRTM Scenery Mesh, and all I can find is this link, indicating that Stephen's "Global SRTM Scenery Mesh" was only supplied to Simviation, and no one else...!

http://www.altairva-fs.com/scenery/scenery.htm

So, if it's not possible to download it from Sim V, then we are well and truly stuffed... Cry...!

Is there a Payware SRTM version which is as good, or better that Stephen's SRTM Mesh...?

I need it for our Weekly Tours...Shocked...!

Cheers all...!

Thank-you Pete, for loosing the bleedin' files...

....and costing me loadsa money... Cry...!

As an alternative, I've had to purchase "FS Global" from here...>>>

http://www.justflight.com/en/

...Terminal 02. Flight Sim add-ons....

Which has just sucked £35 out of my miserly State Pension, and left me in abstract poverty... Cry...!

I hope you are satisfied...I now have to starve for the next four weeks... Cry...!

LOL... Grin...!

Paul.... Wink.... Grin...!

Any ideas on when they will be available again.  I just reinstalled FS and I totally forgot about all the SRTM mesh I had installed.  Just curious, I really appreciate the great resource you have provided, and look forward to it being available again. Smiley

That server died a death. Impossible to even access it to do anything. Meanwhile we are getting a new main server soon & these SRTM files will also be hosted on that.
