I know of a guy in a divorce who was required to give his wife half of their house.  He took a chainsaw and demolished his half of the house...and was promptly charged with destruction of property.

Must be a guy thing...

Chap did a similar thing here some time back. I can't find the details but as I remember he spent all his spare time building a new house for his wife. She'd got bored & went off with someone else just as he finished it. He promptly drove a bulldozer through it. Serve her right. LOL Cheesy
