I have downloaded Dave Garwood's Dambusting Lancaster for a friend but it doesn't have a panel.  I was told to check Simvation for one but what seems like hours of trawling web pages hasn't brought me one.  I'm new to this so might have missed it without knowing.   Does anyone know of a panel for 2002, please?

The other thing is the engine sound.  It would be nice to have Merlins growling away so I'd be grateful for help in this too.   I am able enough to change the CFG Sound file & I aliased the Spitfire Mk14 sound but it would be better with 4 Merlins!!
There is a Mosquito already in 2002 that sounds quite good & I wondered how I could put these sounds into the Lanc but how?  It has a folder full of MWP files so I moved that into the Lanc. sound folder but it would not work, so I'm not sure what I did wrong?!!
I gather there is a P51 sound file in the download section here if that's an easier option?
I also need an engine sound for a Meteor.
Thanks,
Terry.

Hi Terry, wow a big list of requests but a worthy plane!
Okay the sound package can be found at http://www.simviation.com/fs2002vintage29.htm
As for the panel higher up that page you'll see Ross McLennans Dambuster package. I think that has what you're looking for in the panel dept. Wink
There is a Meteor sound pack over at Flightsim (if you can ever get logged in), it is about 8mb. We don't have this for some reason....

Thanks for the info.  I'm going to trawl the site & get to know my way around but even tho' you kindly sent the url for the sound package I'm going to delete the Lanc I have, & dowload a better one that doesn't need finishing off.    I did eventually pop the sound folder from the Mosquito into the Lanc but it only worked on Tower & Spot view.   The other thing is the pops - they don't spin fast enough so I'll get another Lanc when I spot one.

As for the Meteor & Hunter that sound like a Lear45 - well, I gave the Tornado sound to the Meteor & the SR1 treatment to the Hunter.  Well, it's better than the Lear sound!!

I cannot get into Flightsim as the password they gave me doesn't work & the webmaster is very unhelpful.  I'll keep plugging away though.

Hello ozzy.........at last I've managed to get an account at Flightsim and went to the FS2004 sound file & entered "Meteor jet engine" but nothing came up so if you can be a bit more prcise I'd appreciate it.  I tried variations but got no-where  Embarrassed
