Could someone help me with this? Everytime I try to start Big Fix, I get this error. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

...

Thanks,

Has it always had the runtime error, or is it something that's just happened?
These types of errors usually indicate problems within the registry or memory areas. It could be as simple as outdated/incompatible software or it could be corrupted files.
As a last resort, you could remove and reinstall the program. It's free to download at various software sites.

It just started yesterday. I was trying to play a game (Jetfighter IV), and it kept crashing. I had to manually shut down my computer about 4 or 5 times. On about the third or fourth restart, this popped up. Now it pops up everytime I start the computer. Where can I download a copy of it? (It came with this new computer.)

Version 4.38, compatible w/all versions of Windows, is available at MajorGeeks in the diagnostics area of the site. If that isn't the right one, try Googling it.
Personally, I had it for a while and found it to be more of a nuisance than a help.
