Cry

i can't figrure it out!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

O.K., I'll bite . . . as you know, the ILS receiver is located in the aircraft's nose (or windscreen): are you heading away from the runway when this anomaly is experienced?

Are you losing the glide slope as well I for one do not use the morse code when landing I turn it on to make sure I have the correct station then turn it off as you do not need it to land. It was my understanding that the reason for the morse code was to make sure you had the correct station you wanted tuned and not some other station, other than that it serves no other purpose. 8)

How did you add the runway? did you use Afcad or some other program. About the only other thing I can think of is to make sure the frequency you are using for that run way's ILS is not being used by some other runway or nearby VOR if so that could interfere with the signal from the runway which would explain why you still get the morse code but not the glide slope.
If this is not the case you got me I do not know of any other reason for the problem. ???

Morse code is not altitude dependent like the ILS glideslope is.
From what you are saying it looks like you may be at the wrong altitude to intercept the glideslope or are not following it properly. But obviously that is not the case as the other end of the rumway's ILS works fine. You have also ruled out a frequency interference problem.

That doesn't leave too many options. Try deleting the offending ILS glideslope, save the airport, re-edit the airport and add it again. If you get the same problem then look for anything that my be in the way of the ILS transmitters in your scenery.

Sorry I could't be of much help but I tried to duplicate the problem but couldn't.
