This is what I heard on my airport radio scanner yesterday. The Cessna Citation X had warnings of a possible lost of hydraulic pressure.  Soon after that I heard on my other scanner I use for public saftey, all types of emergency crews being dispatched to the airport. I grabbed my video camera and drove the 1˝ miles to a good vantage point to video tape what I hoped would not happen. I was rolling as the plane came in and made a perfect landing. The plane was able to get off the runway and on to the taxiway before it stopped. I was glad to see the plane land without incident, but kind of bummed at the sametime.
And that is the exciting world of The Ithaca-Tompkins Regional Airport (KITH)

let me reword that part. I did not what to see it blow up, I was glad nothing happened, but though I was going to catch landing gear failure or something like that
