what is that third plane? (and #8 )

Why is it there isn't any road traffic on 39?

also i've noticed alot of the shots have that fisheye view...i hope that isn;t default camera. Sad

1. I don't know.

2. Obviously the user must have lowered the scenery settings.

3. Just like FS98 and all the way to FS2004, you can adjust the field of view and distance.
