Ritter stop being an ignorant Yankee! The Migs have an exceptional record. The only problems have been when the airshow organisers have been stupid. The Migs themselves have a v.good record of not creaming in! Honestly everyone takes the Ukraine crash as gospel that all Soviet hardware is pants Roll Eyes

That's pretty darn sweet!  And man, I really feel out of the loop as I didn't realize they made a thrust vectored version of the -29!  How awesome is that!

Mig-29 and SU-27 are among my personal favorites - i was only making reference to the dozens on dozens of russian air show crash vids on the net out there. Roll Eyes

I dont think that particular a/c has thrust vectoring. What impresses me most is all of those manouvers are done without canards.

On the abrupt maneuvers toward the end pay special attention to the nozels.  It's sweet because you can actually see them move!

P.S.  Also, I just now did a search and the MiG-29OVT  has "Vectored Thrust"  engines.

On a similar note, this aircraft is going to be at Farnborough this year so I'll be sure to get a good view for that one 8)
