Nice, I like the wind sounds in the glider. In fact, I think all the sounds sound a lot better than FS9.

For us pit builders, it looks like we might be able with this version to create a separate window that has the "camera view" from the tail stabilizer. Grin

I was looking into how the aircraft handled and I noticed a slight difference between the stock glider and extra in FS9 and the stock glider and extra in FSX. Notice how smooth and gradual the turns are.

But then again, they may have set the realism setting to low for all I know. Again, pure speculation on my part. Roll Eyes

I got a texture veiw from space link too but I found the other vid on the same site, I have to say that traffic looks very impresive as did the gliders flexy wings Grin

one thing i noticed in the video is that the exra, the patty wagstaff version, didn't have any wing textures. ???

I dont think that the Extra is unpainted for any reason other than THEY ARENT DONE YET! Guys, remember, its May, the sim is supposed to be released holiday, meaning late november/december. So that leaves at least 5 months for them to do work. Im sure that in these last few months they are finishing up the details, testing everything, getting all bugs they can find (althought I doubt they will find many, we usually have to do that for ourselves lol), and taking care of all the details not involving the game itself (as in menus, documentation, legal crap)

I think we all need to remember that its still early, and a lot could change by the time of release

Yeah thats kind of what I thought...I just find it odd that they would release a vid. with a plane that isnt finished...but then again they released that 747 with no nose wheel Grin
