Just a little more...


The Stearman is just diving and jinking too much; the choppers can't get a clear shot, although they hit it with a couple of rounds.



I guess they're out of ammo, so they try something else next...



One tries to upset the Stearman by thumping the top wing with the chopper's skids...



Not very effective; need a much bigger chopper to overwhelm that sturdy biplane.



But the Stearman pilot has had enough- he drops the nose for a moment...



Then suddenly pops up into a hairy loop...




And comes out on a new heading, releasing his "secret weapon". Remember, this is a crop duster. But don't ask me where the hopper is... this is Hollywood, remember? Probably just an ordinary airshow smoke rig.



Naturally, because they're over-confident bad guys, the chopper pilots fly right into the smoke, forgetting about the cliffs ahead... uh-oh.
