After 15 months my hometown is finally ready in the virtual world.  This will be uploaded as freeware in the next few days (going to have it tested thoroughly of course!), I am very happy with the end result and wanted to share some pics.  If not for the assistance of many here, I would have been unable to get everything completed, and all the help that has been provided is greatly appreciated.
