That is why I always say to visit the payware screenies forum, you'll see pics and often comments that'll tell you all you need to know
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

...it's a funny old do...
..but in all the many years I have spent Flight Simmming I have never felt the urge to "purchase" an aeroplane model...
..being the type of pilot who looks out of his windscreen MOST/ALL of the time whilst flying, as you should do, I have found the excellent Free Downloads perfectly satisfactory for all of my flights...
...!
The only things that I actually
purchase
are specialised navigation aids, scenery design programs, etc...
I think that all the Lads/Lasses who spend days/months designing aircraft for us...for FREE...are worth congratulating and supporting for all of their efforts...
...!
Cheers...!

I tend to agree, Paul. All of my payware is mesh and textures. Since I have the simpit, the "aircraft" is pretty "fixed".
And yes the freeware developers (of all types) are saints.
best,

I have got stock in a payware company - but that doesn't make me a bad person does it? ???
(oh and how many have made donations to Rick Piper for his valiant efforts)
