A simple Question you may think, but I am running on an appauling system, that stuggles to keep itself from imploding, and i keep gettin viruses! I need something that can pick up nearly everything (sounds rediculous but once I had 4 programmes running on my computer and each one found something that the others had missed! Even though I made sure that all were newly updated). BUT, nothing too taxing, because my pathetic excuse for a computer couldnt keep up! Also, it would be great if it didnt run in the background atall (I know you CAN stop almost all programmes from doing this but many wont perform a scheduled scan once they are completely closed down).

So there you go! A very simple  request!

B.T.W. It doesnt have to be a free programme! I am willing to spend money on my computer even though it feels like shovelling money into a furnace!
