A major landmark in the Atlanta area has been ignored in all of the MFS versions. I have just recently purchased Megacity Atlanta and although I have a great view of Stone Mountain it is as flat as a pancake. I have no clue when it comes to creating scenery or terrain and I am hoping that someone with a brain will offer a freeware download of this large chunk of granite soon. Can anyone help me find my mountain? ???

If you download the apropriate area of the freeware global mesh available from the simv downlaods section, and install that, you should have your mountain back!!

A search didnt turn up anything here at SimV.

However a search for 'Stone Mountain' at the Avsim.com library turned up 2 packages for it.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky
