I think its real, but Im shocked that he didnt get killed. Did you see the security?!
Also, imagine if he wasnt just a tagger. What if he really was a terrorist and somehow put a bomb on it. I mean, theres no way he couldnt have gotten caught, or the United States sux at security (NOT POLITICAL! But if you cant stop a graffiti artist, jeez!)

No, it's fake. I saw it two days ago and looked it up. There's a disclaimer on the FULL video somehwere that says it's not real.
The second I saw them jump a barbed wire fence into a secure government facility, and then there not being a single news article on it anywhere I knew it was fake. Honestly guys, have a little faith in US security.
The purpose of the video was to spark a national discussion about free speech or something.

I've seen some beautiful graffiti in my day, but i think tagging is lame.
Used to see a lot of very well-done murals on the sides of NYC subway cars, often a real enhancement, very interesting mobile art, but now it's just devolved into one idiot scribbling his little mark on top of the last guy's. Yawn...

I'm not sure the military &/or the government would let us know about such a huge mess up in security if it were real.

I did have my doubts about it's authenticity when there's been nothing in the press about it. Even if the lapse in security was kept secret someone was bound to see the end result.

Exactly. You can't keep ANYTHING secret anymore. There would've been some media about it somehwere.
And plus, take a look at the video-they literally grab the barb wire, like its the old kind used at used car parking lots. The govrnment uses the nasty, grooved kind-you grab it, it'll damn near take your fingers off.

In my experience, most people don't know the difference between barbed and razor wire, so I just say "the nasty grooved kind"

And then they know what you're on about? What kind of thugs do you hang out with?

I knew it was fake once I saw them grab the wire too. The Military uses Concertina wire, basically a spool of wire with razor blades every couple inches, a pic
here
if you grab this stuff, bye bye fingers. Also, nobody would be stupid enough to do this anway. If you are caught on a military base, especially Andrew's, MPs
will
shoot first and ask later.

I know the diffrence, the landfill by my house uses it in some areas. possibly beacuse of me and some friends awhile ago they saw us on the hill, we were 11 and we bolted, so they beefed up security, its gone down again
anyway about the video, it looks real and was well put together. I relised it was fake when they said it was...
