Hello   I have look for tutorial for XML gauges...cannot find on this site. Is good lesson somewhere?

Not a tut.  but here is the FS2002 Panels and Gauges SDK. Might be of help.

Also a Google for xml gauges tutorial turned up quite a few possibilities.

Go jump to the FFDS (Free Flight Design Shop) forums, register and take a look at their "XML Parts" section.  Tons of usefull stuff, and you can ask all sorts of questions and get all sorts of answers.  The forums are set up just like SimV's, so you'll be able to navigate real easy.
