I read the post on capturing a flight video, but i am still unsure of how to do it with Windows Movie Maker. Some people said that they had luck with it...

You need to have a digital video camera to Capture footage with windows movie maker
The Easier option is to go with Fraps

I personally always have a problem with Fraps.

It always crashes my Comp. in video mode. Sad

you should try the Recorder you have to got o gogoel and typr in "game recorder software" after you've done those you download the sfotware and press record wehn you sinished recording review the video and record with frraps you'll get 50% of your framerates back
