Ladies and Gentlmen, I introduce to you PanAmVA!

Pan Am VA opened our doors in late January and we have a fast growing roster.  we have a hub in JFK, a hub in EDDF for our european operations and now we are looking for serious Pilots to apply to our Miami hub which will be opening May 1st if all goes well.

Who Are we?
We are Pan Am fans who try to capture the grace and legacy of Pan American World Airways and return the "Queen of the skies", to the Virtual Skies.

What do we fly?
Our Fleet consists of as many of Pan Ams original fleet that we could find!
We fly the historic prop-liners like the Boeing 377 Stratocruiser, the classical Pan Am jets like the Boeing 707 and PanAmVA has commissioned a fleet of Modern "Glass Cockpit" Jets like the A320 and Boeing 747-400.

Why PanAmVA over the rest?

Firstly, VA's are not in competition with each other over who has more pilots. But if you are looking for a VA that belongs to the Pilots, PanAmVA is for you! Our Democracy Policy requires that the Pilots of the VA have the final descision on changes within the VA, so much so that even if there is a staff member who is not pulling his/her wheight, the pilots have the power to remove this staff member from their position.  Why do we allow our pilots the power to remove staff? Because we belive that you will be happy with our excellent staff that we have! And if you arent, then why shouldnt you be able to do somthing about it?

Pan AM VA has weekly "Clipper Crazy" fly ins that our PILOTS DECIDE where we fly to.

Our doors and E-mails are open and our pilots are free to express any and all concerns that they may have!

Our Pilots are free to fly wherever they like, whenever they like. While we provide a flight schedule for the conveniance of our Pilots, our pilots are not bound by it. This means that our Pilots are free to fly where they see ATC is online and not be restricted.

Not Sure how to Fly a STAR? Dont know why that "little yellow light" keeps flashing?
post your question in our training forum and you can expect an answer in LESS than 24 hours!

Our training department is ready and willing to help with questions and will even provide one on one training in a multiplayer sessions. Every sunday our staff are available for such sessions.  We belive that behind every good pilot is a good foundation of knowledge and we hope to help provide that foundation.

Pan Am VA will be opening "Clipper Express" as part of our Miami Hub, this operation will operate turbo prop aircraft such as the ATR-42 and Dash-7 and ERJ-145 mostly in the Carribean are.

but hey, of course the CEO of a VA would say such things...
the following are real quotes from our Pilots in the Pan Am VA forum:

-"Hi all thanks for the warm welcome to Pan Am, I have made two flights in the Leveld 767 already & will be downloading the 707, 727,
will be flying out of frankfurt this Thursday.Proud to be part of Pan Am"

- "You know what you guys, I just have to say that you and this website are just completely awesome!  And I would like to thank you for that.  I met a guy on team speak, his name is Stephen Salito, or PAA154 very nice guy! and also I met some of you a couple or just yesterday and I have never met so many nice and supportive people! I have been with so many different Va's, and panamva is a keeper!."
