A little embarassing...but I'm not too swift on using paintkits and new textures, (specificically referring to PAI models)  ???  Anyway the paintkits and textures are very easily accessible for download off the website but I don't know what I do with them exactly (especially the paintkit).  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

The help you are looking for might be here, oddly enough in the Simviation Forums-Aircraft Repainting forum.  Wink

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

"In the Non DXT3 textures folder you will find all the required textures to create a great looking repaint. Inluded are both *.psp and *.psd file formats. This will make it easier to use with Photoshop or Paintshop Pro.
If you are using Photoshop 6 or less you may need to use the Paintshop Pro format."

I agree PAI is STILL a good choice for AI
Many FS9 useres are switching to this-that-and-the-other (AIA/FSP) for AI traffic models and repaints but as I recall it was Project AI who got it all going for us.

Most of the PAI paint_kits are one-piece which makes doing the fuse_t.bmp a lot simpler -- a good place to start repainting.

Have fun . . . I am.
