What make/model is it ?  Does it have an alarm ? Does it have keyless entry with a panic-button ?

You pretty much just asked:  "How can I keep my computer from crashing ?" ..  Without telling us anything about the computer.

Its a Saturn SL2, no alarm and no keyless entry. its pretty much a glorified golf cart.

LOL    Cheesy    Golf cart...

Three possible causes in order of MOST likely:

-Faulty horn relay..

-Worn horn switch..

-Shorted connections in the steering column (brush-like terminals that allow for switches (horn, cruise-control, etc.) on the steering wheel)..

It should be easy enough to locate and swap the horn relay yourself. The rest will involve getting into the steering wheel/column and might be more than you're up to trying.

I hope it's the horn relay..

EDIT: Just found this info...

Umm, on SATURNS, YES there IS power going to the horn ALL THE TIME. Thats why the relay is BUILT INTO THE HORN on the 96' an up cars. A stuck horn relay, AT THE HORN, will make it sound continuously.

Find the bit that toots just behind the front grille and disconnect one of the spade clips. Horns are damn near useless and people only use them when they're annoyed. Tongue

My buddy had a Saturn. His horn did that once due to the battery failing. He replaced his batery the next day and never had the problem again.
