The number one reason I hate reformatting and reinstalling Windows is I have to reinstall all my games for no reason other than the fact that the registry keys are wiped out.

Is there any way to track which keys are created by an installation?  Also, are these keys constant?  That is, if you were to install two separate times, would the two keys be the same?

Not to my knowledge. Best to write it down, I find.

Total Uninstall will monitor all files and registry keys created or modified during an installation.  As the name implies it does this so the files and keys can be removed when uninstalled with TU instead of relying on the Windows uninstaller.

It will create a printable report.

The link is to the last freeware version.
