Why lower your settings? You'll find that the PMDG 747 is one of the most frame-friendly big Payware aircraft out there. My old 1300Duron system could run it!

That's what PMDG says...they even say that the 747 performs better on FPS than the Nex-Gen 737 series...NOT true...with LAGO's Rome Scenery and FS maxed out, and 100% Utimate Traffic AI, the sim was chugging out a healthy 17-20FPS...whereas with the 747-400 it dipped down to 12-15FPS...not good...However, unlike many people, I don't care about FPS...I just like my FS sharp and crisp...which is why I like to make my system suffer... Because if I run it maxed out, and run the 747 it lags a lot once you get moving (Mostly in huge huge cities) I dont fly the PMDG 737/747 much havent looked at the manuals....... bah I tried testing the 747F and well, lets say I couldnt even open the doors! lol Cheers, Gunny off to ground school for the royal 500 pages manuals of FS  Grin
