bought gamecam... now what... (Read 300 times)

im waiting for a registration code... anyone know how long it takes to get the code?

they had a download on their site, it was free right?

didnt get charged.

peachy, just peachy...

idk wat the problemis. but if i try to start FS through gamecam, the computer crashes. no BSOD, the screens go blank, and then it restarts...

either i want an answer from them or my money back...

i got the answer, they wanted comp specs, now i wait for a response.

got my second response. ince i run windows XP x64 edition, gamecam isn't supported yet. but they are creating it. so hopefully i can upgrade  or change at no charge.

just to let you know,

an admin tested gamecam useing FS9, XP x64, and an ati card.

my problems: gamecam cant run dual monitors, and my catalyst was at 6.2, upgrade to 6.3

im about to test it tonight.

Sidetrack: YAY 6.3 is out, don't have to put up with the crap I was expirenceing with 6.2

Oh ya and Ramos, get that X1300 working with this.
