Theme Flights (Read 402 times)

Due to the succes of flight of the lightning...

That was a theme flight where all joinees ( is that a word) knew what to expect and therefore had the proper stuff installed. Now I most certainly want to do another lightning flight soon! But had ideas for more... F-4 Phantoms for instance! ( maybe even a mixed uk phantom/lightning flight after i read a most humorous piece in the flypast)

Others... Spit/Hurri prototype ( allthough that has been done already..)

why not do a theme flight yourself.. put a notice up in time ( not like mine from last friday afternoon)

do remember filesizes... 56k users aren't happy with  30mb+ filesizes

Cheers

Soui!

how about a V Bomber flight but including the Tu-95 Bears?
Also how about a hunter/lightning/tornado/jaguar/phantom etc flypast or something along those lines.

V-Bombers? Yes please!
Hunters? Yes please!
Lightnings again? Yes please!
Tornados? Yes please!
Jaguar...

Oh you get the picture!

Btw, a Phantom flight in multiplayer wouldn't be right... you wouldn't be able to see the long clouds of smoke! Grin

I'd like to see a pioneer themed flight, with pre-WW1 'wood wire and fabric' designs.

How about WWII Luftwaffe aircraft, as many different as we can find..Junkers88, Komets, etc. Or same for U.S. Air Force....pick a specific time period or historical event and then show all aircraft we can to-gether from that period...d'loading everything's a pain in the butt, but imagine the screenies...most of all, please time it so I can participate....week-ends would be ideal.. Smileythx..Clipper

Would anyone be interested in a Dassault/Mirage flight? I just love those french fighters! 8)

Something like the Super Etendard, Mirage 2000N, Cheetah C/E, Mirage F1, Mirage III and the Rafale perhaps?

I'd like to do a Mirage III flight, but not until I've had a chance to repaint the CZ...
