So a few weeks ago I got a pretty close replica of my pt cruiser in the form of a revell model....
Am I crazy to have it painted exactly like mine and then sit it on my dash when I have my car parked somewhere? :-P

Nah man, I have been planing on getting a model of my car for the car shows and put it on the dash-a lot of people do that. So, I don't think it would be crazy to have on the dash when you park it somewhere-it might look a little funny in public though.

Just becareful that the Sun doesn't turn it into a blob of plastic!!
One of my buddies did that with his Corvette and one day he had it parked in the direct sunlight during a 95 degree day and came back to a lump of plastic!!

I did that once too...I got this car for a birthday present...though it would be cool to have a car in a car...I just left it there...when I came back, the roof had melted into the windsheild...and the windsheild was a blob of plastic...I was sad, but then though it would make a great crash seen car...LOL...

Mine gets safely tucked away in the drawer under the passenger seat for now until I'm out showing off the car
