Greetings,
Well, yesterday I turned my PC on and I got a blank screen with the words:- Windows has shut down your computer to save from further damage. Please insert your windows XP disc and press 'r' to recover.
Now, the thing is that I couldnt even get to press F8 to try a previous restore point. It just died. After hours of screwing around I isolated it to the pagesys file on the C drive.  It is a Diamond Maxator 200Gb SATA drive only a year old with ALL my CFS1,2 and AF99 files I have been working on for the past 3 months. I managed to make it a slave drive using an old 4GB Seagate as a host drive(after formatting it for Windows XP) and configured it to see my Maxator.
To my relief the drive came up and I downloaded all my essential files to my other computers. Not to tempt fate, I will get a new HDD this week and just use the Maxator as a slave drive, later on I will reformat it, but it wont be a primary anymore.

Anyway, I managed to finally finish the P-47 'Razorback' which is a D-5 model, however it could also be painted as a 'C' model(very little external differences). I am as I write this, uploading it now. This will be my last plane for a while, I know I have said it before, but I got a new job and am building a new house, so I need a break.

I have to say thanks to my wife for posing for the noseart on this new P-47. I needed a model for the artwork of 'In the mood'. Once you download it you will know what I mean. It was an actual plane as well!

Ok, I will watch the forums, thanks to all who have tried my planes, I hope you get hours of fun shooting them down, or even flying them occasionally.

Thanks

No.no We should thank you instead. Good luck with your new House. If you want you can show us your house as its been build. I think that would been cool.

After all this forum is more about people sharing Ideas about a Hooby and sharing a little bit about themselves.

It seems you have a cool wife. You are lucking man. My wife only tolarate my interest in this Hooby. I respect and Love her for that.
