Im looking around for things like Active Camera, or W&F, but those are all payware. Does anyone know one that is under freeware?

Yup, F1 view sill do what you want, but you need a mouse with ones of those scroll wheels on it to use it.

Simon -  it covers all camera views. I often use it in Spot view...
