How about the Typhoon pilots switch off their aircraft ID function so they don't see the little red numbers floating over our race aircraft from 10 miles away?  That way they would have to use their eyes instead of their instruments.

Thats generally what i did in the wargames that was held a few weeks ago the only time it was turned on was to see who i was behind and how close i was to the "kill zone"................ (behind somsone for more than 30 secs).

nemo............ polishing up the typhoon skills.

But we still need to stop and pick up 'mangoes' so perhaps heading over to the fuel pumps, coming to a halt and opening the door would be sufficient?

The post has now been edited, now opening doors will only be neccesary. Wink

A suggestion: using Eurofighters to catch Learjets is already like shooting fish in a barrel.  How about the Typhoon pilots switch off their aircraft ID function so they don't see the little red numbers floating over our race aircraft from 10 miles away?  That way they would have to use their eyes instead of their instruments.

With this rule can I cange the alpha so the plane is invisable? lol Grin

I Agree, It would be to easy to just fly up to us and make us do stuff when you can see us from 10mi.
