Ya premium has winsat, and I believe that it will probibly be downloadable as a service pack for Home Basic.
However I'll probibly end up with ultimate.

Well if you kids want to have the "Vista Expirence" on XP, then check
this
out. As someone who ran vista for awhile (I kinda want to forget about that whole month) I can tell you that the way it looks and acts its alot like vista. Now there are things like Aero Glass that isnt included, however is replaced by Object Doc, which is kinda sorta Aero. Also the start bars, menu styles, and things of that nature are almost 100% spot on. Just beware to those running a 512MB or below system (RAM) its going to take a chunck out of your gameing to run, Object Doc, UberIcon, and YZshadow.
