I have installed FS 2002. I have a Saitek X8-33 Joystick. The problem is in the game the joystick will work to turn the aircraft to the left but it wont work for the right. The throttle also works okay and also the buttons.

In the joystick axes menu are the following settings.
ailerons axis x axis
elevator axis y axis

Also the joystick is working in the game controllers in Windows.

Any suggestions please.

Try running a joystick calibration from inside FS itself (I think it is under the Realism settings although it is a while since I last used FS2k2). That normally sorts it Wink

I have solved the problem. I had my MOMO steering wheel connected and for some reason this was conflicting with the joystick. Only found this out when i was in FS and LOL the steering wheel started to vibrate. Previously i had the force feed back turn off in FS because i had a joystick. But i had to re install FS and i forgot to turn this off. So now it is working okay.
