I wanted to know how i can find my course for the airports i fly to? And how do i set up my ILS?

I haven't used it in years since getting FSNavigator but the map will give you all of the information you need.

Course = runway heading
NAV1 radio = ILS frequency

It helps to know the altitude of the airport, too.  You wouldn't want to try a final approach to Denver at 4000 feet.

If you make a IFR flight plan atc will vector you for the active runway then just bring up you map and click on the airport it will list all of the runways the airport has and the ILS frequency and heading for each runway it will also show any ndb's that might be there they come in handy if you have the gauge to diplay the info from them not all aircraft have NDB gauges in them.
 ou can also look up the chart for that airport it will tell you if there are any CIDS or STARS and what altitude to use to fly the appoiate approach. 8)
