are you geting error messages at all? and please provide a link to a particular file you are downloading as an example for us to work on.

He does not need to give any more specific information

You try downloading anything from the FTP site.
The server is down. It doesn't even respond to ping.

it says that the connection timed out, and i read and did everything that the error page said to do, but still nothing

As much info as possible could help.

What firewall are you running?
Browser?
Download manager?

I am running the defalt firewall in Window XP, i can't download it from Explorer, FireFox or AOL explorers.

I want to download the files as soon as possible, plz help me
