Hi guys, I've noticed quite a few of you's doing some heat blur effects as your edits, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The first 3 are of the Level-D 767 above Tokyo. The last one is of a iFDG JetStar A320 on approach to Sydney Airport. Enjoy:

Nice shots, but would you really be able to see the jetwash at altitude? I find the best place to do heatblur is at takeoff, were there is a well defined background.

I would think you can, especially becasue the external temperature is so low, that would probably make it more obvious. But I will do some of an aircraft taking off too  Grin
