The default scenery has snow on the ground.  It depends on the area of the world you're in, the date, and I believe the air temperature.

There have been several "snow" updates made available but so far none of them have made the runway look right. They all look like someone has snorted a few kilos of Columbias finest and sneezed it all over the tarmac Roll Eyes Strange that it seems to be the only texture that doesn't work well in being updated/improved....

...
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Novosibirsk and Koltsovo scenery have snow, as does the UNNT Traffic package.

It's in heaps on the sides of the runway and taxiways and it's blowing over the field when there is some wind speed

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here
