the fsb frequency is increasing and decreasing on their own frequently which results in stucking of pc...again and again for1-2 seconds....the FSB is changing like this

200 X 9.0  (default)
after a seconds it changes from 200 to 205 , 205 to 203
and 9.0 is also changing like to 9.5 and to 10 and again 9.0

If you have the DOT enabled in the BIOS the system FSB will automatically fluctuate up and down based on the loads.

If it is causing lockups then you may have DOT set too high.. set it to "private" or if still locking up, "disabled'

Usually the lockups are caused by poor quality memory. If the memory is not a GOOD high performance "matched set" it will not take the DOT changes.
