Hello there!

I'm having a bit of a problem with an airport and an AFCAD file I downloaded for LJLJ.

In reality 99% of all flights take off in one direction (RW13) and land in the opposite dirrection (RW31). When I set this up in AFCAD, by closing for takeoff/landing all flights take off on RW and all land also on RW13 and not RW31.

You need to change where the wind comes from in the weather settings.

Nope, that's not the problem or solution!

I know I had it done previously (i think in FS2002) irrelevant of wind direction.

This is an AFCAD issue. I closed the certain RW for landings but it's still used!

Not sure but I think you have to do more than just use AFCAD to close a runway for landing as the orignal BGL file for that airport is still there. I rember A VOR that was in the middle of a stock FS2004 runway and in order to make it move I had to make a seperate bgl file for that airport even though I had moved it with AFCAD it still showed up.
You might have to this as well in order to put a runway out of service but I am not sure I have never tried this.
8) I think the airport was Vostock or smoething like that.
