Nice edit, but why are some parts of the background blurred and other parts sharp? I'm not just talking about the heat blur.

I like the idea of the tape... very original.

Very nice edit. Did you use an airbrush on the tape?

The black border and tape is part of a Frame that came with Paint Shop Pro 8. Wink
