Hey all,
I recently downloaded a First Choice AI flightplan set. However, it contained no BGL file, instead just text documents with the aircraft and flightplans inside.

To make these into a flightplan file, would I need to convert the relevant text documents into a BGL file and drop it into the neccesary folder (wherever that may be) or do I need to do something else?

Thanks guys Smiley

The flightplan you have downloaded is in the form normally distributed for users of FS2002. If you use FS2004, you might look for similar flightplans already 'compiled' for FS2004.

Else:

The 2 files, along with a 3rd  file (airports),  will need to be compiled into the traffic (.bgl) file. This is done with the Traffic Tools program. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm

The specifics 'how to's' depends on which FS you have, FS2002 vs FS2004. The Traffic Tools help file, 'Readme.htm', will explain.
