On Saturday January 14th starting at 9pm eastern time we will try to complete the following flight plan:

Route segment 1
Route between KMBO (MADISON, MISSISSIPPI, USA) and 0M8 (LAKE PROVIDENCE, LOUISIANA, USA):
Distance along great circle: 68.5 statute miles, 59.5 nautical miles, 110.2 kilometers
Initial true great circle heading: 293.3 degrees (west-northwest)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Route segment 2
Route between 0M8 (LAKE PROVIDENCE, LOUISIANA, USA) and KHOT (HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, USA):
Distance along great circle: 158.3 statute miles, 137.5 nautical miles, 254.7 kilometers
Initial true great circle heading: 316.6 degrees (northwest)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Total Route KMBO - 0M8 - KHOT
Total Route Distance: 226.8 sm, 197.1 nm, 364.9 km

As always I would like to recommend the use of a light twin aircraft for this flight especially since it will be longer than usual.  I myself might be flying Bill lyons aztec for the night as it looks like a fun toy

As always if you are flying an addon aircraft I would suggest starting the flight in the default Baron first so that we see you as a  similar type of aircraft.

Got my P-38 ready this time.

I like Arkansas for its quiet and subtle terrain. However, the one thing I hate the most about it is its road system. The the roads are like a ball of yarn. No, I'm serious. It really is like a ball of yarn. And because of it, it's probably more worse than riding in California.
