Very cool, I too wanna know how you did it. My guess is you made 2 layers and embossed and sharpend one then used a blending effect to keep the color good?

I use PSP (Paintshop Pro) ...... the colour is produced by ajusting the levels of saturation and Hue/contrast. The texture is one of the art effects .... black pencil I think, set with high opacity and at about 20% coverage. The whole image was then sharpened.
The text in the frame was a seperate image superimposed as a layer.
