??? Roll Eyes
Hi fellow simmers, captjim here again.  My question this time concerns views of cabins and cockpits.  I know that I can use the numbers pad to look around, however I have not been able to get some of the real nice views of the cabins & cockpits that are indicated in the aircraft listed in the site-map.  Is there anything I can do to improve these views?????  Thanks, again  captjim

You have to be in the virtual cockpit and use your joystick's hat ( little but usually by your thumb on the middle of the joystick that can be pushed in 8 different ways). Or you can get F1 veiw. But I have no idea how that works.

If I remember correctly the default key commands for moving around the DVC are Shift+Backspace/Enter & Ctrl+Backspace/Enter. You can play around with them or try F1View as Marksman suggested. I haven't tried it myself & assume it's posted in the Utilities section here at Simviation.

PS. F1View is for FS9. I'm not sure it will work in FS2002. http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library

Hai Guys,

I am relatively new to this forum, but i have been flying (SIM) for close to 2000 hours. I downloaded the A319 Airbus easy jet, when i load the plane it does not display the gauges and all buttons that relate to autopilot, what could be the problem?

Hi Africancapt, it sounds like you haven't put the gauges in the FS2002/gauges folder. Just follow this excellent tutorial by our very own webmaster and you'll be fine Wink

The original version of Active Camera for FS8 was free and is still available at various sites.

CaptJim: You can also move forwards and backwards in the VC: Forwards the '=' key, backwards the '-'.  But check the assignments to be sure I've got the right keys; I've reassigned everything and cannot be certain these are the default assignments: Main menu>Settings>Assignments:

Forward is "Increase selection slightly", backwards is "Decrease selection slightly".
