Well... this would be my third time trying to have a VA. How many of you would join if it was in York, Pennsylvania airport it is a nice airport for GA airplanes that would be the planes we would be flying? And if any of you have any tips for me about having a VA I would like to hear. Also if any of you know any freehosting site that i can host it on I would like to hear about them too. Now depending on how many people would join if I had the main hub as York, I may make a differnt location for the main hub. If you have any places in Pennsylvania that you think is a good main hub tell me.
Thanks
Clinton

Clinton, the only advice I'd give you is twofold:
A) If you have some experience with another VA first, it'll make things much easier for you when you decide to launch your own.
B) If you absolutely INSIST on running your own straight out of the gate (which is what I did, and I semi-regret it), then stick with it. VA's are only a tiny portion of an already only moderate hobby (simming), so you need to stick with it. Airlines come and go like pages in a calendar, so people need to see that you're going to stick around before they'll sign up. It's not easy, but it's not impossible either. No one gets 50 pilots in their first day, so don't even try. Just make it the best airline you can, and if people come, cool. If not, find out why not and fix it!
If you've got any other questions, gimme a shout!

You may also want to try West Penn Air, a small VA who are just starting out with a Piper PA-28 Archer and a Cessna 206 Stationair.
