After recently announcing plans to open it's second hub at Manchester on the 5th of January, Westernair has purchased a 51% share in Dream Travel.
Dream Travel is a small regional airline based out of Manchester with a fleet of two ERJ-135's. The effective purchase of Dream Travel will give Westernair the perfect vehicle to operate regional services from Manchester as well as the already planned long haul routes.
Dream Travel will continue to operate the routes and planes but under the Westernair brand.
Although long haul services do not begin from Manchester until the 5th of January the new domestic routes are already in continued operation.
